    Following the instructions, still no audio. I tried also with a new OS as recommended by another user, nothing.
    2 things to consider for future reference:
    1. Windows won't detect any audio device as installed, like if there wasn't a Cirrus or Realtek in the mobo, it doesn't exist, no driver to install if there is no device to install the driver to.
    2. I noted that when I configured it, I had no audio option in BIOS, but after a BIOS update it appeared. Before and after the update there was no audio.

    Sadly I think that I'll give up since the client is a little anxious over their laptop.

    sound ic is working..i previously tried some bins sound worked...
    already lasttime tried bios with uploded different serial no....no need to enter
