Anyone can help me replace the ST of the attached bios below.
I found this backup from other tread, its working but I always have an error on startup.

What is the dell motherboard part number D/PN .It will be on a sticker on the motherboard,and what CPU does it have. There is more than one inspiron 3501 SKU ,Tiger Lake and Ice lake CPU`s. Each one has a different EC depending on the SKU.

I think you have a hardware problem and not a BIOS problem.
But you are welcome to try with the two new files.

To create a new BIOS you need both BIOS files 8MB + 16MB and not just the Me region with 8MB.
Why a new BIOS what's the error?

When I install 8 mb old bios on mother board
System no display
And cpu fan also not running

Replace the new program in 8 mb bios system will be on and display is coming but tpm divice error
And no any nvme SSD support

The laptop does not show an image and remains in a constant reboot.
with another bios that is in the forum, if it shows an image but it gets a tpm error
