Dell Inspiron 7591 2in1 18860-1 need working Bios

Hi,can you help with my Bios (Dell Inspiron 7591 2 in 1 18806-1) not working,keyboard light stays 2 seconds and turn off,laptop processor is heating but no picture on the screen,Thank you.

Unfortunately not working,keyboard light turns on and off for less than a second,no heating from processor and fan spinning like it does with original Bios which after the update did not give a picture anymore,i think these new bios of 10-th gen are very complicated,Thank you for your help,if there is any other bios solution write to me,Thanks.

Looking for this BIOS as well, here is my dump.

Symptoms: Laptop turns on, no screen, KB backlight comes on, caps lock does not enable when pressed, pressing power button again spins up fan then system shuts off

I was replacing the BIOS chip on the 18806-1 motherboard, and I knocked out a component next to the BIOS chip labeled "CC5 93". I can't figure what it is, but it is connected to pin 4 (GND) of BIOS chip. The schematics I've seen of the 18806 motherboard say that pin 4 is connected directly to GND, but then what the heck is this "CC5 93" component? TIA.
