Don`t know why you have a file with a .bin.bin extension,you did something wrong somewhere.Keep trying until you get a file the same as the attched one.

Which video tutorial ? Never mind that, ME has many versions so it will be a little different.

Your bios has version 8 firmware, the one in the video has version 11 firmware. You should always check your own bios with ME Analyzer first and see which version you have.
Each firmware version has its own set of tools. You cannot use the FIT version 11 to clean ME 8 Firmware,for that you need version 8 FIT. @hoaca388 gave you everything you needed at post #2

(The attached FIT version is 11, if your ME Firmware (FW) is not 11.0.*.* follow the win-raid guide. Use the tools version for your ME FW, for example: ME System Tools v9.1 For systems running ME v9.0 - v9.1)
