Hi can somebody help me fix Lenovo ThinkPad E14 (FE4A0/FE5A0 NM-C421) REV:1.0 bios the laptop keeps on restarting continuous

Machine dosent boot after ME update, just hangs on boot.

Are you sure that your BIOS Chip size is 32MB (256Mbit) not 16MB (128Mbit)?

Your Backup file is 32MB but I can see the end of the BIOS is at Offset (1000000h) and after that the file is empty, so that mean your file should be 16MB.
Also (VSCC Table) for your file only shows 16MB (128Mbit) Chips not 32MB.
Maybe this Chip is programmed before with a wrong BIOS file.
