Hi all ., I am working on a Microsoft Surface Book 2 Laptop 1832. Problem is that, it does not turn on. I checked all the major voltages, they are fine & it ejects/separates the screen prefectly by pressing the eject button on the keyboard & battery charges well. I think a BIOS re-build will solve the problem. Can please some help to re-built these Bin Files. Original bin file is uploaded. Serial # is 025159674754. Thanks in Advance

I purchased another motherboard from eBay @ $60... Much cheaper & faster as very little support in the forums.

Surface Book 2 МОДЕЛЬ: 1793 S/N 009061575057 BIOS сломан.

BIOS сломался во время обновления. Я записал дамп перед попыткой прошить его с помощью CH341A, но он, похоже, неисправен. После прошивки и проверки сравнений ошибок не обнаружено. После припаивания микросхемы к ноутбуку и попытки его загрузки я увидел логотип примерно на 10 секунд, а затем он выключился. Я прошил его с помощью NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10. После 15 попыток микросхема BIOS полностью перестала определяться, и SB 2 начал выключаться через 1 секунду после появления логотипа. После отпаивания прошитой микросхемы и сравнения её с прошитым дампом, сравнение не удалось. Может ли быть, что сама микросхема защищена от записи, или мне нужно изменить регистры при прошивке? Был активирован только QE=1. Выложу свой дамп и последний, который нашёл и попробовал прошить... Забыл, биос от SB2 13.5 принудительно включал охлаждение на максимум и ещё и выключался на логотипе... Жду новых чипов. Чип W25Q128JVPQ

The BIOS broke during the update. I recorded a dump before attempting to flash it with CH341A, but it appears to be faulty. After flashing and checking comparisons, no errors were found. After soldering the chip to the laptop and attempting to boot, I saw the logo for about 10 seconds, and then the laptop shut down. I flashed it with NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10. After 15 attempts, the BIOS chip was completely detected, and the SB 2 started shutting down 1 second after the logo appeared. After desoldering the flashed chip and comparing it with the flashed dump, the comparison failed. Could the chip itself be write-protected, or do I need to change the registers during the update? Only QE=1 was enabled. I'll post my dump and the last one I found and tried flashing... I forgot, the BIOS from SB2 13.5 forced cooling to maximum and also turned off at the logo... Waiting for new chips. Chip W25Q128JVPQ
