Finally got time to do it. SUCCESS!

1: Protect the PCB with aluminium tape. I had no availability for kapton. Nobody wants nearby capacitors flying away.
    2: hot blower at 360ºCelsus.
    3: Preheat the zone.
4: Attack the SPI Chip that in my case it ws a 25Q64JVIQ in WSON8 Capsule. 30 seconds was enough.
5: Clean the chip and attach the WSON to DIL adapter. Read with the CH347 Black edition reader. Software used: NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10
6: save the file (8Mb for the 25Q64JV)
7: execute the Badcaps 8fc8 patcher.
8: Flash the patched file to the chip
9: Read and compare to make sure the write was successful.
10: Cure the PCB with the solder, flux, and wick. Drop some solder paste, I used 170ºC fusion point tin-lead paste.
    11: Preheat, heat, solder..
    12: Clean
13: reassemble and Start the computer
14: Wait 2 to 3 minutes. it will start in Factory Mode.
15: Write the service tag when prompted.
16: Once restarted press Alt+F to exit factory mode.

Password was removed. Donation was made.

    - UT2 25Q80DVS1G

First one is a 16Mbytes flash SPI, and I can see people here having a 32Mb SPI for the Latitude 7400 LA-G871P

If I read UC6 and try to apply REX98 8FC8 patcher, I receive the error :
    wa nakit-an ang intel signature
Pinduta bisan unsang key para ma exit...

I've read using a clip and also desoldering the chip and reading directly connected to the CH341 Black, and the file is always the same.

    Thanks.
    pass on UT5

Thank you for the advice. That makes sense—I’ll look into the possibility of flashing the EC as well, although I don’t have prior experience reading the EC on this MEC model. I hadn’t considered that a version mismatch could be the cause. I’ll give it a try. Thanks again for your help.

Dell is picky and you'll probably need to flash the EC as well. If the EC has a different version than the BIOS, the laptop may sometimes fail to boot.

I understand, and thank you for the clarification. It's possible that the BIN is no longer the original one, as I received this notebook from a client who had already taken it to another repair service before. However, the Service Tag is authentic and matches the one on the case.

After replacing a shorted component in a 1V power rail, I encountered this startup issue. I've tested the file with version 1.39 you shared, but I'm still facing the same problem.

Do you think this could be solved with a clean ME?

Good day everyone, could you help me with this BIN? The unit makes one fan revolution and then dies. It displays main voltages but no video at all.
