Bin works. It starts procec recovery and stops as in the photo, after restarting it is the same.

Does not boot from USB. The same window all the time. I checked the pendrive on another HP and try recovery, works. What else can we do to bring it to life?

I have a similar problem. I got a BIN from a working laptop and the problem persists. Check if it works for you.
In BIN you need to enter your s/n: 5CD1234567 and win key: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
In my case, after uploading the BIN, in order for the computer to give the image, you need to restore it in USB recovery (the link above gave SMDFlea to make a pendrive), after this operation the laptop does not turn on properly. It gives a message that the bios is damaged.

Now, after uploading the BIN from the working one, I have a message like in the first photo, after recovery from USB, the message in the second photo and the laptop falls into bootloop recovery.
Any ideas?

Here's your New bios file, it's a virgin bios from HP with your DMI and Windows Key. Try it and give me results.
