try shift+Enter twice - keep shift pressed and press Enter 2 times after, of course, you typed the password.

as SDMFlea told you, read Bios guides by piernov:

Note: The 6FF1 suffix has a bug,use your service tag with the 1F5A or BF97 suffix instead,Example: 1234ABC-BF97 .
so, try with other suffix.

Hi guys, i try your solution for my SN B3V57S2-6FF1 (i already try with 1F5A or BF97) i enter my code with ctrl + enter but he stay wrong, someone can help me please ?
