    Lenovo Thinkpad T470P BIOS

Hi everybody. I have replaced the motherboard on T460p model with T470p, because the supplier didn't have it in stock, but they convinced me it will work 100% saying motherboards are practically the same. Motherboard arrived, all is good, entered BIOS to be greeted with some message to call a phone number, but of course didn't bother to read it, just wanted to set up boot order. System is up and running, I have downloaded Lenovo Bridge app to update the drivers and the bios itself after installing Win10. Upon successful update, I wanted to enter bios again to check something and behold - BIOS now has a supervisor password

The message that appeared for the first time, is now gone, and I'm beginning to believe that they sold me a motherboard with activated Computrace or some other security feature?

Will flashing the BIOS work in this case? Can somebody provide more information on this. I can send the BIOS dump if needed. Let me know. Much appreciated.
