need bios dump dell latitude 5420 (cpu 11th)

Hi, thanks for the tips, I originaly read it with CH341A programmer, and I did now with NeoProgrammer and ASProgrammer but all of them read as 1024kb. The chip number is W25Q50DV

Bios 5420 32 Mb , not 1Mb

you are reading the wrong chip the bios chip is bigger

He overwrote the chip so he would need to flash whatever was on it back to it, i wonder if he make a backup

No it is not. Did you make a backup before you overwrote what was on it ?

I need help, the winbond 25R256JVEN chip was incorrectly flashed via the ch341a programmer, the laptop is currently not turning on, it is dead, it could turn on before and was locked by the bios administrator. Where can I find the fw so that the laptop could turn on at all and then switch to 2580DVSIG to remove the psw.

The 2580DVSIG chip is for firmware, the password is not there, leave that alone.

when I connect the 25R256JVEN to the ch341a programmer, it just reads this to me, should that chip be 32kb and not 32mb
