The E490 support page for the E490 Type 20N8 (and 20n9) has a bios update for these models: ThinkPad E490,R490,E590,R590,E490s,S3
The extracted update has FL1 and FL2 images in 2 folders, R0YET47P and R0YET47W .The extracted bios update from each FL1 is 12MB ,so not the full bios,and both are different.
I read on a forum that R0YET47P is the right one for the E490 20NB .Ive seen some of a few "paid" sites, on one of them there was also a 128KB EC dump posted,its the wrong size,there`s more than 128KB of code.

if this qualifies as bios request, hopefully. Actually BIOS2 for that laptop is second smaller SPI flash (Winbond W25Q80DVSNIG-GP-U), containing supposedly some config for TPS65988 which in turn manages USB-C stuff, including PD. This is possibly flash, where update "Power Delivery Firmware (TI TPS65988)" F407.06.29 -- https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/r10pd10w.exe does its thing. Previous owner claims that after clean install of Windows 10 he installed thinkvantage tool of sort, which updated everything for that laptop. I did glance over...
