      Try
      flash both Wait few minute until boot

      At 1st boot press F10 and RESET BIOS to factory defaults

        Hi, it doesn't seem to be working. The charging lite is only flashing and doesn't even boot up.

                Check the resistors and caps around the BIOS chips to not been blow away and missing...I marked some of them...

                I bet is flashing orange/white/off, right?
                That's meaning the MAIN bios can't communicate with the EC chip and the reasons can be a lot...bad EC chip content or physically bad chip, bad MAIN bios content, no communication caused by missing components or broken tracks,...
