Greetings everyone,

I have a Probook 640 G1 here on the company, it belonged to a user who set up an admin password for the BIOS, and now we cannot access it fully.

I've tried RC Unlocker, but it does not seem to work.
Also, could someone tell me which is righteous way to dump the actual bios bin?

I am sorry in advance if this particular problem is already stated on this thread, but I must confess I did not read all pages fully.

Could someone please unlock this? The RC tool says this is the wrong chip but I believe that U4700 is the correct one.

Upload the dump from the second bios chip.

What's the board number, is it Crescent-6050A3022501-MB-A01?

Well that's not good, I removed U366 and my EZP2019+ says it's blank and the two ch341's i have won't read it.

Can I find a blank bios somewhere and use that? I don't have another machine of this type around.

Your device serial number is 5CD051GMV8 right?
Next time make your request in the appropriate thread. There is a topic for HP ProBook 650 G8, you can find it using the search engine. You must add serial number and model name in your request too.
You do not have Absolute activated, the administrator password field is also empty, as well as the user and power-on password fields, are you sure there is one set?
