Kindly help Clean ME for lenovo x1 yoga 2nd gen type 20je. Issue with the attached bios, if it goes to sleep or shuts down, can't power on unless reset button is pressed or I remove battery and cmos. I have used one of the bios attached above but it takes 1min 30s for display to come on. If i clean ME for both bins(mine and the one in the thread), the issues get resolved but can't detect SSD.

You're welcome.
I repaired your BIOS in Post #30 by replacing the BIOS Region with the one which I got from Lenovo, transferred your Windows Key then I cleaned ME Region.

Hello there, I have a laptop model:
Lenovo X1 2nd Gen - Type 20JE
Motherboard: 16822-1
SN: R90P2SXU

My laptop is just has 5V on VIN. The 1 mb file of bios chip W25Q80JV (u3002) is empty. I am using SVOD3 and Xgpro T48 as programmer.
Does anyone have this 1 mb bios dump.
BTW there is my bios dump. Thanks..

#24 bios worked for me on my 20JE laptop with MX25 chip. My problem was that bios patch 1.47 wouldn't allow the laptop to restart thus I couldn't apply an earlier patch. Upgraded to 1.45 and disabled any further bios updates now. Thanks so much to hoaca388 and the other people. I've made a donation. Steve
