Hello Friends., working on ASUS TP412F (Motherboard Model TP412FAC Rev: 2.0). I have uploaded the Original Working BIOS Bin Files. Accidentally my DM leads touched the I/O pins & shorted the chip, laptop was working 100%. After this the I/O chip turns very hot & no display at all. Can anyone extract the EC from this Original Bin & if this needs a clean up, kindly do so. Does this I/O IC IT8987E need Programming?? Thanks in Advance.

change the I/O chip and then do a test.. if it doesn't work, we also see an I/O bios..

stick a new chip (which is empty) and turn on the laptop... the I/O chip should write itself..
