Here`s both 16MB bios,if you still can`t extract them .Hopefully one of them will work.

Thank you very much! I tried the bios file that I am attaching, which seems to me the same as the 0864b.zip file. I try the 086c8.zip file hopefully!

Perfect The laptop works on! I used file bios 086C8.bin

Ive entered some of the info in another bios,try it if you want. For the other missing info use HP DMI tools ,https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=69204 .On the last few pages of the thread are some hints and youtube videos .

I tried this but it doesn't work the notebook no turns on.
I put back the bios file 086C8.bin and it gives me this error: Manufacture Programming Mode Is In Unlock.
What can I do?
