Why don't you read the whole thread carefully, there's only 3 pages, shouldn't be so difficult right?
Hint:
It'll help you to understand some nuances about exactly which file is needed to make the unlock happen/possible.

In short it's not the right dump for the purpose. Upload the dump from the second chip.

I don't even need to look at the files because this is not the correct chip. This model has two bios options:
1. Single bios chip - 32Mb
2. Dual bios - 16Mb + 8Mb

That's why I said to read the thread from the beginning!

So you must find the 8Mb chip.
