Acer F5-573G Serial Number randomly generated

Hello guy, I have a laptop that I never use in 5 months, and then i want to use it again I change the wifi card from Realtek into Intel, I replace the battery and bought a new charger. After i replacing the wifi card and battery, i turned it on the laptop, and then the touchpad and keyboard not working, i check the bios and then i see the serial number, product name, and manufacturer name randomly generated. Have you guys ever seen this problem? Should i flash the bios?

    Model : Acer F5-573G-55BY

Just a guess but you should open up your laptop and check that nothing is shorting out. Since you've replaced the wifi card check that antenna cables are not touching each other or the motherboard elements. I had the same problem with lenovo yoga. S/N and some other data were generated randomly on each restart and turned out touchpad cable was shorting the mb

i remove the flexible connector and reconnect it again to check if it shorting the motherboard or no but the power button still works, and when i press the F2/Delete it goes to bios, but when the laptop in the OS/Windows the keyboard not working, all key not working except the power button

Disconnect a touchpad cable and a keyboard cable (if you have external usb keyboard - plug it in to go into bios) and see if there are any changes in the bios

By the looks of it some input device is faulty and sends incorrect data into the bios during post thus corrupting some info in the bios
