Disconnect a touchpad cable and a keyboard cable (if you have external usb keyboard - plug it in to go into bios) and see if there are any changes in the bios
By the looks of it some input device is faulty and sends incorrect data into the bios during post thus corrupting some info in the bios...

Just a guess but you should open up your laptop and check that nothing is shorting out. Since you've replaced the wifi card check that antenna cables are not touching each other or the motherboard elements. I had the same problem with lenovo yoga. Need help recovering Lenovo ThinkPad T450 's bios
Hello! I am wondering if its possible to make my Lenovo T450 work again. The problem is - I tried to flash the bios and remove the administrator bios password but made a terrible mistake -
I used a CH341A Programmer with it's official Windows software. But turns out this software has a bug and can't correctly work with "W25Q128.V" chip.
