Looking for Clean Me Region of inspiron 14 3467

Hi I have a unit that came from other shop , I think they tried to flash the bios so if someone has the original bin file with latest and clean me region also.


Laptop inspiron 14 3467
motherboard: VEGAS/TURIS SKL/KBL 15341-1 91N85
Intel Core i3 6th Gen 7100U no GPU

Hope someone can help me Thanks in advance

tried same problem fan spin no display
also I think its for DELL Inspirion 15-3567
it has a i7 processor and amd graphic I dont have this type of specs

on the site it's just the update, it's not the whole bios ... a bios was used, that was updated, and 'cleaned me region' ...

i need a clearMe region on this im stuck on
original bios file with password
