nope because I just clean me region your bin, also cant find the serial number maybe encrypted

Its very difficult to do with a hex editor/UEFITool . Use HP Bios Config Utility.

Search for the word MUD in ASCII , M.U.D. , or open the bios with UEFITool and look at the VSS2 area.
