Dell E7470 Bios unlock. Bios.pw no work, newest bios with disabled master PW option

Hello.
Can someone please remove bios pw from this dump?
The bios.pw master pw doesn't work since this bios is updated and last user enabled the protection from master pw unlock.
Also the dump from here-> https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=80695 gives me huge Dell logo delay so it's useless.
