You cannot remove the bios password by replacing the bios. The password is stored in another chip. Remove battery, plug the charger power on the laptop and press F2. When asking for password type in order Left Ctrl-Tab-Right Ctrl and Enter.
An unique one time Chellene Code will be displayed.
With that code you need to generate the unlock password from unlock websites
Note that the code is one time generated and it will change every time you press that combination key again.
So don't power off you laptop until you get the unique unlock code.Comment
