Hello! Help me please troubleshoot this notebook.
It has came with issue - starts when adapter is plugged in, lits power leds, but no image appears at display nor external monitor. When forced off with power button hold, switches off after 4 secs and immidiatelly starts again. Only option to turn off is to unplug adapter and battery.
There are some pulses at CS pin of Q64FW flash, all voltages are present, including internal and discreete VGAs. When DDR module is removed, pulses behaviour changes. Previously it was puored with water (I guess) and keyboard was replaced. Now I came across all places with corrosion and restored solder joints, it is mostly resistors - no effect. No shorts via USB, no overheating components. Tried to preheat AMD VGA chip, also no difference.
At last I replaced flash with new one, with clear ME which I created with Winraid guide - notebook lost most of pulses at CS pin. First thought was that I cleared ME incorrectly, so I wrote original dump into new flash - same thing! If I solder back original flash (I hadn`t touched it content) - pulses on CS are back. Flash models are W25Q64FWSIQ - original and W25Q64FWSIG as replacement. All times before such replacement went well for me. Had anyone similar issues? Or maybe, there`s some thing else with this mobo?
Here are original dump and cleared. Maybe I did it wrong?
