ACER ES1-432 DA0ZQFMB6F0 after flash EC keyboard got problem

Hi, Im working with ACER ES1-432 DA0ZQFMB6F0 no display simptom and was reprogram EC with SAS Programmer and display now working fine but keyboard got problem... When i press W, \ will appear... all keyboard button is not correct anymore... do i flash with wrong file or missing some step..?
