So if still ask for a password, you need to program a SIO chip with attached file. The password was stored on mec chip.

Backup you mec first and write new file.

Brother, what device did you use to read the ec data? Is it rt809h? Or other devices? Can you please share. Thanks!

What version do you have, 2 or 3 and 32bit or 64bit. try installing a different version

after using RCUNlocker even if this error appears, don't take it into account... still use the resulting content... your bios will work and you won't have a password..

get over the error, write the chip like this, and try...don't forget to have a copy of the original bios..

use RCUnlocker on the 16MB bios and unlock it yourself

This is not a password, it is possible that the device was previously tried to unlock. Do you have the device's locked original bios file?
