Have try to use RCUnlocker to unlock the original backup but it was not working i don't understand why it's not working. Trying to drag and drop but still not unlock the file.
can someone help me to do that or better still if they can help me to unlock this original file that i attached.

Perhaps there is a way to remove the BIOS password by flashing the BIOS from under Windows?

Apart from programmers, you have no choice. Try with CH3141A.
