X250 with bios lock

Hello, I have a supervisor password locked bios that I tried patching it following steps at this thread, but after I write the patched rom to the chip and boot, the bios beeps 4 + 4 times and I get no display, rewriting the original rom back makes it POST but I'm immediately asked for password.

Any idea what's the issue or if y'all can try to patch the attached rom it would be greatly appreciated.

Today, I tried the unlocked bios provided in this thread, after removing CMOS battery i get black screen and it powers back off and doesn't auto-restart. Original dump still gets to password prompt for sanity check.

Try this bios, its unpatched so you will have to patch it yourself

I got the chance to try it today and I only get black screen still
