As far as I know, the (EC) file for HP devices can't be fixed (Maybe I'm wrong).
You should to use a Working Dump file from a Working Device.

Here's your New BIOS, try it and let me know.
Program that file to your Main Chip and put your EC Chip back.

Hi I have 2 bios chips I guess it's my bios and my ec?
Is the bios taking care of the start up?
I'm trying to inject a new bios into my winbond and either I don't have the right program or I'm not on the right chip...

Its important to make a backup before trying any other bios.You havn`t mentioned your programmer model,chip part number and the problem you`re trying to solve, password,slow boot,black screen etc.

sorry, i use the ch341a with the neoprogrammer
the chip is a 25q128jvsq the computer does not turn on

I have a backup of the chip
What is the use of the 2nd chip?
