Thanks a lot, but its still the same behavior. I think i have to order a new bios Chip.. my ch340 recognized it as a JQ Chip not as a JW. Something seems to be wrong...

I found a bios from the forum, the computer turned on before but the touch screen was not working and the SSD was not visible, I tried different bios, all of them failed, now even if I write the bios that worked before, it stays at the logo, I tried with new EPROMs, still failed, the Windows logo appears for 3-4 seconds.

Can someone tell me how the image comes to the motherboard without the bios chip? I think the problem is not the bios, there is something different
    Please help

This device is flashing windows logo for about 2 seconds then shuts off.

I have tried the guide for cleaning BIOS, but I ran into issues.
    1. Using CMSE 13.3r7, decomposed BIOS does not have "ME Region.bin" file. There's file "ME Sub Partition.bin" (3.3MB). I assume this is the same, but differently named.
    2. I downloaded surface pro 7 firmware and drivers from MS and there's file there "SurfaceME_13.0.2436.2.bin" (4MB). I assume this is the 'clean' ME file. it is NOT the same version as the file in original bios. I was not able to find the same version.
    3. When I swap the original file with the MS one and try to load CSME project I get "error 209: Failed to get image metadata sub partition"
    4. So I tried decomposing, swapping the file and building bios (without exiting fit.exe), and it built a bios file. I compared original with this one using hex editor and I can see that there's block that is different, so I assume the swap was succesfull.
    5. resoldered the bios. Now the machine stays on windows logo for about 3~4 seconds, then shuts down. cant get into the bios.

Attached bios is the original as it came from faulty machine.

I bought a bios chip with the same code. I tried many bios from forums. They all shut down 2-3 seconds after the windows logo. I found a suitable bios. The touchscreen didn't work on it and there was a problem with not seeing the ssd. I started looking for a different bios. Later, even though I wrote the bios that worked, it still doesn't work. It shuts down 2-3 seconds after the windows logo. I think the bios chip is damaged.

And I have a question in my mind. Even when the bios eprom is removed from this computer, an image appears on the screen. How does this happen?
Is there anyone who can help me?
