Hi everybody. can you give me a tutorial or link to a tutorial that will help me unlock x1 carbon gen 7th. it is equipped with Self-Healing bios. I tried patching but it didn't work.

I just used the autopatcher for leva2407 in Ubuntu and had no problems with it.
Maybe with a little patience it will eventually work.

I've managed to figure it out by the help of your screen shots

When i did the same ls -l command, it showed UEFIReplace highlighted but with the prefix at the start was showing -rwxrwxr-- so i had to chmod it again until it showed -rwxrwxr-x and now it working fine.
