Two things possible your original file is not correct (big problem) or I would reassemble the bottom case and try again.

EDIT: I got it running, exactly like described in Post #1 :-)

But the W25Q128FV needs to be erased before each programming step.

I backuped the original Bios and used the autopatcher but now the screen doesn't even turn on anymore.

IC says 250128FVSQ-1643, I took the W25Q128FV-Settings in AsProgrammer.

Help would be very appreciated.

Or if you have an EC/KBC programmer you can READ, ERASE and PROGRAM EC/KBC, disconnect all source of energy for 1-2 minutes, then reconnect and use Lenovo Maintenance Utilities (UEFI version) to enter Model Number, Serial Number and other data.
As far as I know ThinkPad X390 has NUVOTON embedded controller, so you may be able to program it using keyboard connector on motherboard.
