Toshiba LA-A481P BIOS,EC need

Good day to all, i am trying to give solution to an laptop toshiba mainboard LA-A481P ZRMAA, it turns on but no display, already programmed 2 times BIOS with same behavior, i think programming the KBC is the solution (kb9012qf)
but cant find the firmware.
Can anyone bring me this dump please??
