Hello, please help clean ME

I have no 12.0.90.2072 version in my csme12 repository. (12.0.71.1681 is max i have)

I have tried to move CSME (by replacing ME Sub Partition.bin file in Flash image tool) taken from another dump, but MEanalyzer still shows ME as "initialized"

The new ME version can be obtained by extracting the bios file from the Dell home page.

Please help with Dell G3 3590, i5 10 gen, mb19795 bios.
Original main and EC in attached files.
Laptop has no screen and FAN is spinning at full speed. And also charger led blink 2 amber and 7 white. Any keyboard key beeps if pressed.

I programmed both chips, but it got worse. Laptop turns on, keyboard backlight and in 2 min just restarted power. Charging port light does not blink anymore. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

:/ the same after flashing so I will try to check other issue, it turns on automaticaly but after couple of seconds turns off plus 2 amber 1 white plink after
