As far as I know there’s a possibility, but it requires the bios to be patched as a way to disable part of algorithm (a guess is that most likely is the public key cryptography if that’s what it uses, code is “NOPPED” in the patched UEFI driver) so it works as the old Challenge/Response algorithm.
How can I confirm this? I have received a set of bios files (Original+Patched) from a customer, made comparisons, and as far as I remember there are 2 files patched in UEFI firmware. I was told this file was patched by the guy that is providing Response Codes here in the forum.
Unfortunately this Toshiba with QR-Code is a paid solution.
