Asus x555ld

Hi,
This notebook start but no video so I replace the bios
now start and visualize but NVIDIA 940M not detected
probably not exact dump.
Someone can repair the original bios ?

I try it , but the system don't recognize the wifi chip and lan chip and nvidia chip if your bios don't work I assume to try a EC reset with ftp -greset.
It's possible that all those devices are bad ?

LCD -> FULL WHITE
EXTERNAL -> displays but starts from the windows logo, it is impossible to access in the bios.

Ok, at least you are getting somewhere now.I can merge the bios update with the cleaned ME bios next.What is the CPU type ix-4xxxxU or ix-5xxxxU

On the box : A555LB
On asus last bios is version 603

with this bios works but no lan no wifi no nvidia, with mmtool nvidia seems ok ->10DE:1347 as the original

Lcd ok remain the problem of lan and wlan and nvidia.

Lan -> it's possible hardware fault
Wireless Lan -> works on linux so no hardware fault, I see on ME is
disabled but on FITC seem all ok
NVIDIA -> it's possible hardware fault

I use Hardware info, attach the me screeshot
try to replace EC or force EC with ftp -greset

Finally I solve the problem,
ME was disable because the resistor that enable it was broken (ME_AC_PRESENT_PCH)
I really appreciated your help, and I ask you one last thing; which bios I use new_bios or new_2 both work fine.

Great fix. Sometimes you can lose the MAC address by flashing a different bios,there`s an asus tool to write the mac adress back in those cases.If both bios are working use the newer one .

It didn't worked on K555LD rev 2.0.
