Help Asus X441N

Hi, friend
I experienced a case, Asus X441N ...
So when the Notebook is turned on, every 20 minutes it turns itself off. I see the procc health system 75-100C. But the procc I touch isn't hot, it's cold. What should I do?
Clear ME?

Bios doesn't work friend. the temperature is still between 64C-90C. Even though the procc temperature is not hot. Are there other solutions?





In the bios healt status is 64C-90C
