For what purpose. The bios from HP is not a full image,it is only a 9MB update. If there was a full bios image you would lose dmi info, the serial number,feature-byte etc, then you would have to use HP BCU/wndmifit to enter all the missing info. Removing the password is quite easy,and will keep everything else untouched

Nothing special in your case, just the admin password, so yes there is a (easy) way:

you need an SPI programmer.. extract the content from the bios chip, use HPUnlocker on it to delete the password, then write the new content on the bios chip, and stick the chip on the board.. see this video for information..
