Help with Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1N0 Dual bios chips!

I have this Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1N0 laptop that has two bios ics inside it however only one bios file can be downloaded from Toshiba.
Reading from previous posts the file has to be separated into two parts, however I don't have the experience to do this.
Could someone in the know help me out please?
The original laptop was incorrectly flashed with the wrong bios files from what I can gather, which is why I have a blank screen and one led lit!
    The details:
    Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1N0
    PSCGJE-00D004EN
Main board marked up as PT10S UMA MB
    REV:2.1
I have extracted the bios from the Toshiba site for this model and have attached it.
    It has a Winbond 25Q32 and a Winbond 25Q16
I have tried the recovery flash which was renamed to PT10S.rom without any joy with a blank usb flash with the file on it.
If you need any more further information just let me know.
    Thanks

Thanks shortly after posting it I discovered these dumps may work, I originally didn't discover these until afterwards when I thought my model was a C50-A model and not a C55-A.
Also now discovered that a irf8707g Mosfet on main power was shorted out!
I have already removed a shorted ceramic capacitor on the main board which prevented booting laptop.
So looks like diagnosis from customer is Hogswash!
Once mosfet turns up from China then will carry on with diagnosis and let you know the results.

Please tell me which capacitor you removed? I replaced the MOSFET, but there was no change
