Probook 470G3-Your system is not fully configured - contact your hp customer support

    Hello,

When turn on me laptop, appear for a few seconds "Your system is not fully configured - contact your hp customer support" . I mentioned that after that it entered smoothly in Windows 10. The motherboard was replaced with a new one in authorized service, all the series of devices were inserted correctly. Bios is up to date.
I have no other problem besides this warning.

Please help me to not have this warning, without having to send it back in service. It's an HP Probook 470 G3 laptop.

    Thanks!

Can you enter bios setup?? If so, Is it showing model, serial etc correctly??To me seems like missing or incorrect dmi info in bios.It would have been better if posted old bios here

Yeah, I can get into bios. All series are entered correctly (S / N; system board id; SKU number; UUID etc). It's all right, except that start-up warning appears, disappearing in a few seconds.

All series are entered correctly. The only problem is the warning message that appears immediately after turning on the laptop, then disappears and goes into windows 10 without any problems.

Yes, all series are entered correctly. Why password setting is needed ???

What do you mean what link ? . Read the instructions, you have to run bios config utility from the command line.

Use the following sample command to create a setup
password on a system with no existing password:
                            BIOSConfigUtility.exe /nspwdfile:"new password.bin"

If you don`t know how to use the command line wait for some more suggestions from other members here or from the other places you`ve asked for help on, ******* ,vinafix, hp forums .

Sometimes the cofig file has to be changed, youve already got serial, uuid etc.It might not work anyway, wait for for other ideas or send it back to service.

What you have posted is hp update file and not full bios backup. It should be 16mb file.

Have you tried updating bios from hp update?? I stiil beleive that there is some mismatch in the dmi info though it is just filled. Can confirm once you post your backup dump.

Yes, I made a bios update to the latest version. Attached is the bios update. I do not know how to do to get a backup dump.
