Have you tried password tools. You should have an Insyde bios , look here:

it works... but with the edited bios file it had no SN, model name and other important information. is there any way that i could edit those infos? just like with HP and Compaq bios...

snsent has uploaded a bios for you for your another post. You try that first-if it doesnt work , then i'll try to fix your bios.

Dear salawayon, use the attached tools to fix missing dmi data for your acer. You need a dos bootable device to do that

1th laptop
bios file: Orig+Z8V3+outimage doesn't work

i try several times, no power,nothing

2nd laptop
bios file: 11.0.0.1202_outimage work,but it still has a password


you know...there are 2 laptops exactly the same ,2 bios files from you



I don't know what's going on, this is a low-budget Acer
