I found this in Internet my be it help's it's a Dell E5540 LA-A101P bios file ...
In your file there are to 8MB file's , i nead 8MB + 4MB nothing else.

You have to merge the dumps from both spi flash (8MB+4MB) into a single file first! And then to open this merged file with the FIT to clean the ME region. The tool after cleaning the ME region will split the output file into 8mb and 4MB dumps ready to be programmed.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I bought a used Dell OptiPlex 3090 Micro with a BIOS administrator password that I cannot remove. Dell support refuses to help without the original proof of purchase, and the seller is unreachable.
I would like to try flashing the BIOS chip with a CH341A programmer, but I need a clean SPI BIOS dump for this exact model.
Here are my machine details:

I’m working on a Dell PowerEdge R340 (Service Tag: JTMLKB2).
The iDRAC is bricked — system hangs at “iDRAC initializing,” fans at 100%, and no VGA output.
The cause is a bad firmware flash to the iDRAC SPI.
Board details:

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
