Need Dump Dell E5540 I5 4300

hello,
i have a DELL E5540 after clear intel ME région i can't get the Lan carde working .
test all drivers and bootui.... nothing to do .
always i get error 10 .
i know that the problème is from the bios so i need a bios dump for this model please .
motherboard
hère is the motherboard model :
E5540 VAW50 LAA101P REV. 1. 0(A00)

1. do you have backup your original bios?
2. with another bios dump (wifi not detect) , have you try to update from dell site?

The original was corrupted so no backup
Whene flashing u1 u2 u7 (gpt it from bc forum) bouth wifi and lan working but the computer take 30sec To post dell logo (pb with intel me region ) and cant update bios from dell
Whene clearing intel me region the computer post dell logo normaly after 3sec but wifi or lan ont working depending on the dump flashed
So or i can get the dump from same computer i Will be able To clear me region and recovery the bouth wifi and lan ...

but can you clear the me region?

laptop boot after 20 seconds

and its not possible to update the bios

To clean your BIOS you need two BIOS files 8MB and 4MB otherwise this error message.
