I try reflow but same issue.
I believe that, only BIOS is the problem.

The netbook powers on for a half a second and shut down.
I have 5v and 3v ok (for a half a second) and the processor is cold.
I take measures in bios 3v but for a half a second.
Nothing else.

Just fixed one of these today after liquid damage around PU4503 (3.3/5V regulator). 5V was sitting around 3V or so. Replaced a few caps and the IC itself and ok. Worked for a few minutes then shutdown. Then is in a boot loop of starting and shutting down within a few seconds. There was some extra liquid damage under the daughter board near EC703, might be decoupling for the power switch. Replaced that with a 1nf cap and working.

I did take a dump of the BIOS but noted that it had a very old TXE firmware (1.1.0.1089). I was unable to find this anywhere, but I'll post the backup as it is working.
