Toshiba satellite pro a300 password

Hi

i've toshiba sat pro a300 model no. Psaj1e-00f00yar

it made a password by itself by luck i turn it off and on again then i found a password

this is old bios with password can any one help me coz i searched for it but didn't find and bios on toshiba site make it power but no data
plz try ur best to help me

Follow this instruction how to clear Bios password on Toshiba A300
No.1 It is best to ground youself (Antisttic Band)
No.2 Remove battery,open Ram cover.Remove both Ram & protection sticker from MB
No.3 On this location you will see solder pads marked B500
No.4 Put the top Ram back in & take a piece cat 5 wire or flate head screw driver.
No.5 Plug the charger to AC.
No.6 Short solder pads while holding start-circuit on the solder pads turn on the Laptop.
No.7 Keep holding the wire untill toshiba Logo disappears and starting to BOOT.
No.8 Ok now you can switch off replace the other Ram close cover and restart this time no Bios password.I hope you did it.

And if we compare the first bios with the second one - we find no differences.
Resolution - the password does not reside in main bios.
There might be another EC bios.
