Dell Latitude XT3 bios

Has anyone got the bios for this laptop?

I can download the bios but I cant extract the bin file with 7-zip. I need to access boot menu but there is a password to unlock. Ideal I want to remove the password or flash the bios.

I'm still looking for BIOS and EC for patron-6050a2530301-mb-a01. Anyone? Many Russians have it but I need to register but pain to register on those websites for me.
