backup old bios

file you need is "CP2A_104.rom"

if it turns on, i suggest to reflash again from windows cos it will update VGA bios also

read original bios and save it to file for backup
ease eprom (not necessary but recommanded)
write new bios
try to see if it works

you don't need to rename anything, just load the file to the programmer and write it, like ala_borbe wrote
