Bios Request-Toshiba Satellite C650D-PSC16A

Hi, I can only find an "update" .exe bios file for this laptop on the Toshiba website. Grateful if somebody would give me a .bin or .rom file otherwise I'll have to try extracting it and it may only be a partial file. Not to mention I haven't always been successful in extracting them from the .exe files. Anybody help?
