Same laptop was repaired and returned,again came after 1 month ,now problem is stays on for 5-7 seconds than off .3.3 ALW&5 ALW Fine. after connecting adapter in U4 intel BGA (SLJ8E )starts heating .no other power found at any coils.where to start from or intel gone.

PCH should not heat up when the computer is off. It should get warm when the computer is on. Most likely the PCH is bad.
Make sure the computer is actually off when the PCH is heating up. Check the resistance to ground on the 3.3VALW line and on the PCH core voltage (+V1.05S_VCCP).
Make sure the PCH core voltage (+V1.05S_VCCP) is *absent* when the computer is *off*, and *present* when the computer is *on*.OpenBoardView — https://github.com/OpenBoardView/OpenBoardView

Problem solved,replaced pch
